The most avant-garde of all web page hosting solutions, the dedicated servers furnished by Hostex Africa deliver different Control Panel choices: (a) Hepsia (with the Debian Linux OS exclusively; free of charge; unmetered hosted TLDs; centralized user account login; no root access; our recommendation number one due to the availability of the cutting-edge Domain Manager – not added by default in any other Control Panel on the entire marketplace); (b) DirectAdmin (freely given); (c) cPanel (a monthly cost included). Both DirectAdmin and cPanel are compatible with CentOS only; unmetered hosted Top Level Domains; require a second user account login for domain name, billing transaction and support ticket handling activities; root access. All dedicated web servers are available solely in the American data center facility.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a normal equipment only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domains in one single web hosting user account. This is realizable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/management functions. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel opportunity.

Domains Hosted ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available web hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your website names under one single web hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces do not offer such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a consequence they call for 2 autonomous logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 web page management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will note that the Hepsia CP supports Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices are offered solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
